These terms govern any project undertaken by Creativul LTD ("Creativul", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, No. 14466180, for a client ("you"). By booking a call, placing an order, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Creativul provides design services for SaaS and Shopify apps, including listing screenshots, explainer videos, websites and landing pages, UI/UX design, and branding. The specific scope of a project is agreed with you before work begins.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. We accept bank transfer, major cards, PayPal, Wise, and select cryptocurrencies. Work begins once payment terms have been confirmed.
Every project includes unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with the result. We do not offer refunds, with one exception: if Creativul is unable to work on or deliver an ordered project within the committed time, you're entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered assets transfers to you. Creativul retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat details of your project, product, and business as confidential, and we won't share them beyond what's needed to deliver the work, unless you've agreed we can showcase it publicly.
Creativul's total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
