Creativul does not offer refunds on completed or in-progress work. Instead, every project comes with unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with the result. We'd rather keep refining your project than walk away from it — so if something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it, however many rounds it takes.
A refund is given in a single case: if you've ordered a project and Creativul is unable to work on or deliver it within the committed time. In that situation, you're entitled to a full refund of any payment made for that project.
Once we deliver a draft, let us know what you'd like changed and we'll revise it. There's no cap on the number of revision rounds — we continue until you're happy with the final result.
